How do I reset my ZEBEDEE app password?

If your account was created using an email and password, then please follow the steps below to initiate a password reset.

1. Tap Log in with email

2. Tap Forgot Password?

3. Enter the Email Address

4. Tap Start Recovery

Password reset emails are dispatched immediately. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the password reset email within 15 minutes of initiating the reset.

If you still do not receive the password reset email then please open a new Support Ticket with us via the "Submit a request" link in the upper right-hand corner of this page.

Discord, Google, or Apple accounts

Please note, if an account was created using the login method of Discord, Google, or Apple, a password reset email will not be received via ZEBEDEE.

If you would like to reset your password for the above providers, you will need to update your password via the login provider's account management features.
