All account deletion requests have to be submitted through your ZEBEDEE account within the ZEBEDEE app.
You can delete your account by following these steps:
- Update the ZEBEDEE app via the App Store or Google Play
- Open the ZEBEDEE app
- Tap the Avatar in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Tap Support.
- Tap Help & Support.
- Tap on Request account deletion, located at the bottom of the page.
Once you’ve done this, your account information will be forwarded to the Compliance and Engineering teams and flagged for deletion.
Please note: Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to use our products and services in the ZEBEDEE App, like the wallet and other exciting game discovery features.
