Why do I get the “Error authenticating with Infuse Server” message when I try to join a ZBD Infuse server?

The “Error authenticating with Infuse Server” message is usually shown to players whose actions have been found to be in violation of our policies, most often because of exploiting game mechanics, cheating, or misconduct, and have consequently been banned.
