What is a screenout?

A screenout is when a user does not meet the required criteria for a survey that they are in the process of completing. This is determined by the user’s response to an initial set of qualifying questions. When disqualified, there is a reduced sat payout, and this is called a screenout.

If a user experiences a screenout, they will receive 50 sats for their participation in the survey and not the full amount. The more surveys that are completed, the better our system will understand the user’s background and only offer relevant surveys for the user to complete. This should decrease the number of screenouts that a user experiences.
